Customized Water Based 5g Syringe Polishing Compound Diamond Paste
Diamond paste, also called loose abrasive, is kind of soft abrasive made of diamond powder abrasive and paste binder. And our diamond paste are all made of good quality yellow diamond, single crystal. It is used for grinding hard and brittle materials to obtain good surface finish.
Features of Diamond Paste
The abrasives keep rolling continuously while grinding, and produce two kinds of functions, extrusion and cutting, which make the convex and concave surface smooth gradually.
The diamond paste has good lubrication and cooling properties. Diamond powder has high strength, uniform particle size and good grinding effect.
To Judge the Quality of Diamond Paste
1. The diamonds selected are different according to the different grinding products. Most of the diamonds on the market are green diamonds with low strength and low price. We use high strength yellow diamonds, which with uniform particles, high concentration and high grinding efficiency.
2. Diamond content. Most of the abrasive gypsum diamond content in the market does not exceed 4%, our diamond content remains at or above 12%, can be diluted with water in use; It enhances the polishing efficiency by 3 times, and time saving 60%.
3. The patented non-corrosive formula will not corrode the surface of the workpiece. After grinding or polishing, the workpiece can be cleaned by rinsing the workpiece directly with clean water.
Direction for Using
1. Diamond grinding is kind of precise machining, in which the environment and tools are required to be quite clean, and the tools used are required to be special for each particle size, mixed up is not allowed.
2. The workpiece must be cleaned before changing of different diamond paste while processing, so as to avoid the scratch of the workpiece in the fine abrasive paste mixed with the coarse particles of the previous process.
3. To squeeze a small amount of diamond paste into container or on the grinding device directly while processing, diluted with water, glycerol or kerosene, the general ratio of water and paste is 1:1; Or can also be adjusted according to the field use, a small amount of water is needed for finest paste, and with the increase of grain size, appropriate amount of glycerol can be added.
4. After grinding, to clean the workpiece with gasoline, kerosene or water.5. High temperature and heavy loading are prohibited while storage, meanwhile to prevent the paste from melting or spilling.
